About Camellia Sayani

Camellia Sayani, MMSPA, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant at Rodeo Women’s Health and Wellness, an obstetrics and gynecology practice in Beverly Hills, California. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Global Health from the University of California, Los Angeles and went on to complete her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Chapman University.

Camellia’s passion for women’s health began during her time at UCLA, where she worked as a clinical intern and research assistant under Dr. Carla Janzen, an OB/GYN and Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist. Through her early clinical and research experience in obstetrics and gynecology, she developed a deep appreciation for the complexity of women’s health and the importance of compassionate, specialized care. She continued to build on this interest during her graduate training at Chapman University, where her research focused on the long-term cardiovascular benefits of breastfeeding, particularly its role in reducing the risk of hypertension among parous women.

Camellia brings over three years of experience in women’s health through her work with Planned Parenthood Los Angeles, where she provides comprehensive, patient-centered reproductive and sexual health care. Her clinical work includes contraceptive counseling and management, STI screening and treatment, cervical cancer screening, preventive care, and patient education for individuals across diverse communities.

In addition to her work in women’s health, Camellia has spent the past two years leading the medical weight loss program at Rodeo Women’s Health and Wellness. She specializes in obesity medicine and develops personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that incorporate lifestyle modification, pharmacotherapy, and long-term metabolic health strategies to support sustainable, long-term results.

Camellia is known for her warm, thoughtful approach and her ability to make patients feel both comfortable and empowered. She is deeply committed to delivering personalized, high-quality care and to helping each patient feel confident, supported, and at their best.
